Special thanks to the Holyland Christian Ecumenical Foundation (HCEF) for their participation in our Ladies of the Knights Harvest Craft Fair on Saturday, October 11th.

Pamela Trush and her son and daughter,  presented the artistry and hand crafted works from artists of the Holy Lands, at a special table set up at the Fair.

At first and second glance, the table had to be the busiest presentation for the day, with beautiful Rosaries and bust forms, as well as other special items that support the lives of those who live in the Holy Lands.

For more information, please visit the HCEF web site at the below provided link and give your support to a very worthwhile cause, supported world wide by the Knights of Columbus and other charitable organizations.

Chairman Jolene Camley, Group Leader Debbie Thibeault and "Ladies of the Knights" capitalize on the magic of the season:

A Fair To Remember:

The Ladies of the Knights just finalized GREAT success with their Harvest Craft Fair to benefit their group and other charities.

Ladies of the Knights lined up to contribute to the success of the Fair. Different committees were formed by Chairwoman Jolene Camley  to focus on the bake sale table, headed by Annette Marino. Donations were also collected by Lilly St.Hilaire  for the charity raffle. Jolene and Jennie Parisi  worked on advertising and publicity, and more help came rolling in, as well, from women outisde the Group. Thank you, as well, to Lisa Breton  who has taken on many NEW tasks for the Group, in addition to those she already has.

This years successful event showcased many exciting vendors who have indicated that they would whole heartedly return next year, should the Ladies hold a 2nd Annual effort.

If you were unable to attend this years Harvest activities, you missed out on over 43 talented vendor's, showcasing everything from hand sewn and knitted bags, aprons, baby blankets, quilts and throws, etc, as well as floral table displays, hand dipped candles, wood carvings and paintings on canvas and glass candle guards and pots. Some of the more unique items included clay plant pots, fashioned into holiday images of Reindeer, Snowmen and Santa. Numerous talented jewlery makers and artists were also present.

The Ladies of the Knights, were also very lucky to have a local Author from Boscawen, NH, who autographed her publication's at a table by the main entrance.

The Knights of Concord Council #112, also hosted a table filled with "Keep Christ in Christmas Cards" and magnets, as well as the KofC Corporation, who held a much anticipated 50 / 50 Raffle.

The "Ladies Kitchen", served up doughnuts and muffins for breakfast, as well as soups, sandwiches, pizza and a selection of hot and cold soft drinks, chips and apple fritters made on the spot by Lady Annette Marino.

The Ladies bake sale table with baked goods showcasing some of the areas finest baking talents, garnered great success for the event.

All of these first year efforts, for the benefit of local charities and to fulfill many of the Ladies favorite organization's and concern's within the area. Top that off with a special Afghan Raffle to benefit local Alzheimers groups.

Many, many thanks again, to those below who were involved in the success ...

Jolene Camley, Debbie Thibeault, Jennie Parisi, Lisa Breton, Annette Marino, Pat Preisendorfer, Lilly St.Hilaire, Nolie Dale, Anita Serard, Nancee Donovan, Marianne Munjone, Jean Anderson ...

as well as Knights of Columbus members ... Father Anthony Kuzia, Glenn Camley, Keith Thibeault, David Dale, George Weber, Francis Munjone, Paul Parisi, Norman St.Hilaire and Bob Jursik.

Special thanks to Sandy McCann from the Knights of Columbus New Hampshire State Council, who worked on the day of the Fair from 7:00am until 7:00pm. Sandy is one person who's support and dedication to the Knights of Columbus, local groups and the community as a whole, knows no boundaries.

The Fair, held Saturday, October 11th at St. Peter's Parish Center, showcased some of New Hampshire's premier crafters.

It is fair to say that the two missions in mind: to highlight the talents of our state's artists, and to have fun doing it, were without a doubt, met. All this, while raising funds to support areas of need within Concord and the capitol region.

Ladies Raffle Baskets:

Raffle Baskets

The Ladies have been creating raffle baskets over the last year for the Knights of Columbus, Concord Council #112.

Although baskets have raised funds for different areas of need over the last year, procedes from a majority of the raffles, have gone to fulfilling a $500.00 College Scholarship that the Council had given to one graduating High School Senior.

The "Patriotic" and "Garden" themed raffle baskets, below, were  created by Council Lady Jolene Camley  for the Semi Annual 4th Degree meeting, held at Saint Peter's Church in Concord, in April.

Funds from the raffle of the two baskets that Jolene created, are going towards the funding of a monument at the New Hampshire State Veteran's Cemetary in Boscawen.
